The exact molecules the gray-market sites ship as “research chemicals” get routed here through a prescriber, a licensed pharmacy, and follow-up instead. It doesn’t pretend every item on the list is equally proven either: some are FDA-approved drugs, most are compounded preparations whose finished form hasn’t been FDA-reviewed, and a few, like retatrutide, are still research-status compounds [7]. What the model actually contributes is the oversight layer wrapped around all of it.
